Lucien Arkas Consensus is a red wine blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grown in an organic vineyard in Torbali, Izmir. Aged for 14 months in oak barrels from three countries, the wine combines aromas of sour cherry, blackberry, and Napoleon cherry with nuances of vanilla and clove, giving it a rich flavor and smooth tannins. The color is burgundy with a deep purple glow. It goes well with beefsteak, spicy red meat dishes, and aged cheese.
