Payment
Payment can be made by credit card (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Regarding issuance of purchase details and receipts
In order to be environmentally friendly and to improve business efficiency, we do not issue purchase invoices (delivery notes) in either paper or electronic format. In addition, receipts can only be issued in electronic format from your order history after shipment has been completed. (We do not issue paper receipts.) We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Time Specification
As of September 20, 2024, we have discontinued the delivery service with specified delivery date and time. If you would like to specify a delivery date and time, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you specify the delivery date and time yourself by using the Yu-Pack parcel inquiry number listed in your order history or the shipping completion email sent from our store.
Shipping Fees
Room temperature delivery/refrigerated delivery
If you order room temperature products together with refrigerated products, they will be shipped together via refrigerated delivery (Chilled Yu-Pack).
Some products, such as honey, cannot be shipped together with refrigerated items. If you order products that cannot be shipped together, they will be shipped in two boxes, one refrigerated and one room temperature, and shipping fees will be charged for each box. Thank you for your understanding.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for purchases of 11,000 yen or more (tax included) , excluding some regions.
*If you order products that cannot be shipped together, they will be shipped in two separate boxes, one refrigerated and one room temperature, and shipping fees will be charged for each box. In such cases, we will calculate and adjust the amount to be free shipping (or a reduced shipping fee for some areas) from the amount minus the price of the refrigerated delivery and the products that cannot be shipped together when we confirm your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns and Exchanges
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product you receive is different from the product you ordered, or if it is damaged or has any other defects, please contact us via the inquiry form within 3 days of receiving the product .
If the item is in stock, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
If the item is out of stock, we will refund your money. Thank you for your understanding.

Eligible for return or exchange
In the following cases, we will return or exchange the product at our expense.
- If you receive a product different from the one you ordered.
*The product photos may differ slightly in shape and color from the actual product. In addition, since this is an imported product, there may be some damage to the packaging or label, but this is not eligible for return or exchange. - If the product is obviously defective, such as damaged or soiled.
- If damage occurs due to an accident during delivery.
*If the item is damaged during delivery, we will file a claim with the delivery company, so please contact us as soon as possible in the same condition as it was when it was delivered.
In the following cases, we will not accept any claims, including returns, even if the product is defective.
- If you contact us after 4 days from the date of delivery
- Since we mainly sell products that are put into the human body, such as alcohol and food, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience, such as purchasing the wrong item or the product being different from what was expected.
Refund Method <br data-mce-fragment="1">If there is no replacement product and a refund is made, the refund will be processed through the credit card company you used when placing your order. Depending on the card company's closing date, it may be the following month or the month after.
