"Vinkara Minoj Kalecik Karasi" is a rosé wine made from Kalecik Karasi grapes, an indigenous variety grown in the Kaleciki region of Ankara. This wine is made from grapes matured in the cool climate of the Kizilirmak River and has a salmon-pink color and aromas of red forest fruits and florals. The palate is full-bodied with strong acidity and a pleasant lingering finish. It goes particularly well with Gavurdagi Salatasi, a Turkish salad made with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and walnuts cut into small pieces and sprinkled with pomegranate extract.
