However, business has gradually become tougher due to the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the depreciation of Yen in recent years, and inflation happening in Turkey. Those facts made import costs from Turkey much expensive significantly. It also made it difficult for us to continue providing the products that we have been delivering to you.
Even during these difficult times, we are looking forward and finding ways to improve the situation. Therefore, we have decided to ask for your support. We would be so grateful if you could support us so that we can continue spreading the Turkish food culture that we cherish.

Information on Dogal Support Package

All we can do now is to move forward with everyone's help. Therefore, we have prepared special packages called "Dogal Support Package". This is a way to use existing inventory, so it might not necessarily be what you want to get. However, through this initiative, we do hope that we will be able to create a foundation that will allow us to import the products that our customers really want in the future.
