【Features】
"Şalgam Suyu" is a traditional Turkish drink made from fermented purple carrots with turnips, durum wheat, and salt.
Doanay's products use Turkish rock salt and are characterized by their addictive sour and salty flavor.
It has no sweetness whatsoever, and has a sour, salty taste that is rare in Japan.
[Recommended way to drink]
In Türkiye, it is often drunk with meat dishes or fried foods, and is perfect for leaving a refreshing aftertaste.
It is also common to drink it with the distilled spirit "raki," and drinking them alternately brings out the flavor of the raki.
In the summer, it is recommended to drink it chilled like a sports drink.

It is made by combining purple carrots, brine, durum wheat and turnips and carefully finishing them using traditional fermentation techniques.
