[Features]

"Vinkara Mahzen Boğazkere" is a red wine made from the rare indigenous variety "Boğazkere" grown in the Kaleziki region near Ankara, Turkey. It is produced by the Vinkara Winery, which combines tradition and technology at an altitude of 600m and a continental climate.

Aged for 30 months in 225L French Burgundy barrels and further bottle aging, this wine has a deep ruby color, aromas of smoke, red fruits, licorice and leather, and is characterized by rich tannins and a long finish.

[Pairing]

We recommend serving it at 16-20°C. It pairs perfectly with grilled red meat, lamb, and aged cheeses. It can be enjoyed now, but it will develop a more complex flavor after aging for 3-4 years.
